Had a fantastic city break with family! The location was perfect for us, very close to the event we were attending. The room was spacious and clean, and we especially enjoyed the pleasant area. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection of food.
On arrival, we had some issues with picking up our key. There was no staff at reception, and the service phone number had an answering machine that hung up on us.

Had a decent breakfast buffet with a good variety of options. the BBQ area out back was a nice touch and it made for a great spot to hang-out and eat festive treats with family. Oh! and there was ample car parking too.
Let's start with the fact there was nobody on reception when we arrived. the service phone number was unresponsive, and we had to learn the hard way that the key pick-up was at the neighbouring petrol station.

We had a great stay with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a BBQ out back. Best aspects: cleanliness, hotel facilities, and outdoor area.
